تاني حاجة يلا بقي ندخل كدة علي طول في
عيوب المكونات وأعراضها وإزاي نعرف العيب ولما نعرفه إيه اللي نعمله ؟!
1- عيب في علبة الدريكسيون
:- تعتبر من أهم مكونات المكونات لأنها لو بايظة وكل المكونات سليمة هتحس كأنك راكب
مراجيح وتسمع تخبيط فى أى مطب وعشان تتاكد إن علبة الدريكسيون عندك سليمة هز الدريكسيون
وعينيك على العجل لو لقيت مع اى حركة بسيطة للطارة الكاوتش بيتحرك يبقى كدة علبة الدريكسيون
عندك سليمة ومفيش فيها بوش غير كدة يبقى العلبة مبوشة ولازم تعملها طقم إصلاح وممكن
تكون العلبة مفيش فيها بوش بس العلبة نفسها من جوة بدأت تروسها تتاكل وتضعف ودي بتبقى
أسمها حشوة علبة الدريكسيون وبتضطر تغيرها لما تسمع صوت خبط مع أى أرض مش ممهدة.

2- عيب في الإسكاترة :- ممكن
الإسكاترة تسرب زيت الباور فا تلاقي الطارة فيها صعوبة في حركتها وفى الحالة دي الإسكاترة
بتتحل وبيتعملها طقم إصلاح والجوانات بتغيير والأويل سيلات الداخلية اللى بتحجز الزيت.

3- عيب في عمود الصليبة
:- هو عبارة عبارة عن العامود الموصل للحركة من الطارة للإسكاترة ولما بتبوظ بيكون
فيه بوش بسيط جداّ لما بتلف الطارة وحاجة شبه النقرة كدة.

4- عيب في التيش الداخلى والتيش
الخارجى :- التيش عبارة عن دراع صغير فى أوله بيضة متحركة بتنتهى بمسمار بيتركب فى
نهاية كل جنب من جوانب الجريدة المسننة اللي بتكون موجودة في الإسكاترة وفى الناحية
التانية من التيش مسمار تاني بيتركب فى التيش الخارجى وهو هو بظبط التيش الداخلي في
وظيفته ووظيفة الإتياش دي إنها تنقل حركة الجريدة المسننة للعجل والإتياش دي لما بتبوظ
بتحس بصوت خبط فى العجلة نفسها اللى بيبقى التيش بتاعها بايظ ده غير إن التوجية بيبقى
خفيف جداّ لما تيجى تكسر شمال مثلاّ وعلى السرعات العالية فوق الـ 100 مثلاّ بتلاقى
العربية خفيفة فى التوجيه كأنها هتتقلب.

5- عيب في المقصات :- المقص
بيكون على شكل مثلث فى الجنبين وبيكون ممسوك ب جلبة محكمة جداّ وفى أول المقص بتكون
موجودة البيضه و باقي الجلب دي كلها لازم تكون سليمة واإا هتحس بأى مطب وهتحس بتخبيط
ده غير عومان العربية.

6- عيب في كاوتشة الميزان
(مسمار الميزان) :- كاوتشة الميزان من أهم المكونات المسئولة عن حركة العربية لأنها
بتكون فى كاوتشات ووظيفتها إنها بتفصل بين أجزاء العفشة + مسمار الميزان ومن عيوبها
لما بتبوظ إنك بتلاقى العفشة خفيفة مع مطبات الهوا بالذات.

7- عيب في الكبالن :- وظيفة
الكبالن إنها بتنقل الحركة من الفتيس للعجل وبيبقي فيه 2 كوبلن واحد داخلي بينقل الحركة
من الفتيس للكوبلن الخارجي وبعد كدة بيقوم الكوبلن الخارجي ينقل الحركة دي منه للعجل
علي طول والكوبلن بيتكون من مجموعة من البلى ولازم يكون البلي ده محتفظ علي طول بالشحم
بتاعه طب لو الشحم ده بدأ يتسرب ؟! هنلاقي صوت طقطقه في الملفات وطبعاّ في الحالة دي
لازم الكوبلن الخارجي يتغير وإلا هيفرك ودي بتبقي مصيبة لو أنت علي سرعة عالية أما
عن الكوبلن الداخلي فا ده بيبقي عمره طويل جداّ ونادراّ ما بيبوظ.

8- عيب في الطنابير :- طبعاّ
الطنابير مهمة جداّ لأنها هي اللى بتتركب فيها العجلة ولازم تكون مظبوطة ومفيش فيها
أي ريجة وأى تلف بيحصل في الطنابير هتلاقي رعشة على السرعات العالية ورجة مع الفرامل
ومش هتلاقي بدال الفرامل ثابت لما بتضغط عليه.

9- عيب في المساعدين والسوستة
والبطاحة :- المساعد يعتبر برضو من أهم المكونات الأساسية فى العفشة لأنه بيخلى العربية
متميلش جامد لو بتاخد ملف وبيحافظ جداّ على شاسية العربية ونعومتها وراحة في المطبات
ولو حصل غير كدة يبقى المساعد ده بايظ أما السوستة بقي هي اللي بتبقى رافعة العربية
وبتخفف الحمل عن المساعد ده غير تخفيف الإحساس بالمطبات فا لو لقيت جنب أوطى من جنب
يبقى كدة السوستة ودعت اما البطاحات فا دي بتبقى راكبة فوق المساعدين ومتصلة بجسم العربية
وبتبقي عبارة عن كاوتشة ومجموعة رولمان بلى بتخلى المساعد يلف مع كسر العجل سواء يمين
أو شمال فا لما تسمع صوت تزييقة فى الكسرات أكشف عليهم.

10- عيب في بلية العجل :-
طبعاّ إحنا عارفين إن بلية العجل مهمة جداّ لأنها بتنعم حركة العربية والبلية دي بتبقي
موجودة جوة صره اللى بيبقى فيها مسامير العجل وعشان تعرف حالتها بترفع العربية وبتحرك
العجلة لو لقيت حركة العجلة خشنة وفيها صوت نحر يبقي البلية دي لازم تتغير.
